She shared today how she went from being nervous in big rooms to gaining confidence as she gained more experience, and how to avoid faking that you know everything. Rachel Jordan Bascombe is a registered NCARB & NOMA architect at CO Architects based in Los Angeles. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture. Rachel is a daily advocate for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the architecture industry and proudly is the 412th living black woman licensed to practice architecture in the country.
