Kathianna Rousseau has worked with award-winning architecture firms
and teams for over eight years in New York City. She received a
Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philadelphia
University. With a combined 12+ years of professional and academic
experience in the design industry, she has been highlighted as an
emerging designer to watch from her peers. She has matured in both
small and large luxury projects that offer a range of design
typologies and design style experiences. Currently, she is a Senior
Associate Designer at The Rockwell Group. She shares with us how
she made her way into hospitality design, staying optimistic,
working on international projects, articulating yourself clearly,
tips for being a positive team leader, and a new initiative she is
starting called Define Black Design!
